General Rules
Who organises the Kingdom Quiz, how its rules change, what counts as manipulation, where it is played and privacy. The game’s rules are in the Kingdom Quiz rules.
1. Organiser and scope
dasminia · Kingdom Quiz is a game by Niquelao SL (VAT B40616260, Casas de Bárcena 79, 46131 Valencia, Spain). It is played exclusively on dasminia.com, it is free, it requires sign-up and it has a prize.
It is a game of skill (social intuition and human psychology): the correct answer of each round is set in advance and you win by getting it right. There is no draw and no chance. You must be over 18 to take part.
2. Changes
Changes. The organiser may at any time correct material errors, technical faults and anything required by law or by the platforms the game runs on; those changes are announced and take effect immediately. Any other change affecting the game mechanics —the voting and counting system, Extra Lives and how they are earned, the wildcards, the titles or the calendar— applies to the following Game, never to the one in progress, and is announced at least five days in advance. The organiser may suspend, postpone or cancel a Game or the Season for reasons beyond its control. No change applies retroactively to a prize already proclaimed. Continuing to take part after the announcement means accepting the rules in force at any given time.
3. Proposing a round
Proposing a round (Court Architect). Any contestant may propose a round through the contact form. If Her Majesty uses it, whoever proposed it receives the Court Architect title and immunity in that round. By submitting it, they grant the organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, adapt, translate and publish it on dasmina and its official accounts, for the maximum term allowed by law and worldwide. The round stays theirs: they can use it wherever they want and license it to whoever they want. The organiser is not obliged to use any proposal, nor to explain why it does not.
4. Disqualification and integrity
Grounds for immediate and permanent disqualification are: use of multiple accounts, automated comment manipulation (bots), group coordination to artificially inflate a faction's result, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the game.
Manipulating the Shield of the Masses. The Shield protects the least-voted incorrect faction, so the distribution of votes between factions decides who falls. Conduct that may be treated as manipulation includes coordinated or artificial action aimed at: a) deliberately altering the distribution of votes between factions in order to change which one is protected; b) introducing, generating or using entries that do not correspond to real participation; c) using fraudulent identities, accounts or mechanisms; d) manipulating, hiding, altering or deleting information relevant to the count; e) or circumventing the participation rules, the verification systems or the control mechanisms.
What is NOT manipulation. Votes merely coinciding, several people from the same group, community, family or circle taking part, or similar voting patterns existing are not in themselves proof of manipulation. Real people agreeing among themselves is strategy: the Shield rewards it on purpose, and what stands against it is the Queen’s Wrath of section 3, which can leave any round without a Shield. What is pursued is the artificial creation of entries, not agreement between players.
Checks. Where there are indications, the organiser may carry out the necessary checks with the data it holds: records of the comment readings, sign-up and verification times of the accounts, links between invitations, and abnormal concentration of votes. While they last, the entries concerned may be marked as pending validation, which does not mean they are considered fraudulent.
Consequences, and no others. Where it is established that certain entries do not comply with these Rules or were generated in order to manipulate the result, the following measures may be applied, proportionately to what has been established, and no others: a) declaring them invalid and excluding them from the count; b) recalculating the round’s result using only valid entries; c) withdrawing Extra Lives and other advantages obtained through that conduct; d) excluding the contestants involved under the first paragraph of this section; e) and excluding prizes or benefits obtained, directly or indirectly, through an entry declared invalid.
Limits. This is not a power to change the rules, alter a result at will, or impose penalties not provided for in these Rules. Every decision that annuls entries, changes a result or excludes someone is recorded with its grounds, its time and the evidence behind it. And one limit overrides all of the above: neither mere suspicion, nor an isolated statistical anomaly, nor a particular way of voting is enough on its own to treat an entry as fraudulent. Where manipulation cannot be established with reasonable certainty, no measure is taken and the result stands as it came out: doubt does not count against the contestant.
Review and complaints. Any measure under this section is notified to the person concerned, with its grounds, through the contact details on their record. They have 14 calendar days from that notice —or from publication of the result, if they were not registered— to complain through the contact form on dasminia.com, providing whatever they see fit. The organiser will give a reasoned reply within 14 calendar days. Filing a complaint does not in itself suspend every consequence of the decision; it does suspend handing over the part of the prize affected, which is withheld while the complaint is pending. None of this deprives the contestant of recourse to consumer authorities or the courts.
About the name. This integrity procedure is called Royal Justice, and it is a different thing from the Queen’s Wrath of section 3 —Her Majesty’s power to settle a round without a Shield, which must be declared before the close and blind—: each has its own conditions and effects, and those of Royal Justice are only the ones listed above. It is a narrative name: the Shield of the Masses may protect those who can read the crowd, but whoever tries to manipulate the Masses will answer to Royal Justice. What binds, in any case, are the objective rules of this section.
Suspecting is not disqualifying. Indications or suspicions of fraud, manipulation or breach of these Rules may lead the organiser to carry out checks, but are not in themselves grounds for disqualification. During the checks, certain entries may be marked as pending validation, with the interim measures set out in these Rules applying to them or to the advantages attached to them, without that implying that the contestant has been found responsible for anything.
When there is disqualification. Where, after the relevant checks, the organiser establishes that a contestant has deliberately engaged in fraudulent conduct, manipulated the participation system, or materially breached the essential rules of the game in order to gain an undue advantage or alter its result, it may disqualify them, provided that measure is envisaged for the specific conduct. Depending on its nature and scope, disqualification may affect the round in progress, the relevant game or the status of contestant, and may include the loss of the entries, Extra Lives, advantages or benefits obtained directly or indirectly through that conduct. Entries or advantages unrelated to the conduct under investigation are not annulled, unless that is essential to apply a measure envisaged here correctly.
What is not enough, and doubt. Disqualification for fraud cannot rest solely on a statistical anomaly, on coinciding voting patterns, on real people having coordinated, on their belonging to the same family, community or circle, or on any other signal that cannot on its own establish the breach. And where there is reasonable doubt that prevents establishing with sufficient certainty that there was a breach attributable to the contestant, there is no disqualification and the result corresponding to the entries treated as valid stands.
Record and proportion. Every disqualification is recorded stating, at least, the conduct or rule breached, the relevant facts, the evidence considered, the entries or advantages affected and the consequence applied. The person concerned is informed of the decision and its grounds, and has the complaints procedure described above. These measures are applied proportionately to the conduct established and cannot be used to change the rules of the game or to impose consequences other than those set out in these Rules.
5. Platforms
The Kingdom Quiz is played exclusively on dasminia.com, with free sign-up. It is not played on any social network: it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google or Twitter/X, and nothing posted on those networks counts towards the game. Winner chosen by skill, not by chance.
6. Privacy
How your data is processed —what is collected, what for, on what legal basis, who processes it on the organiser’s behalf and how long it is kept— is described in full in the privacy policy, which forms part of these rules. It also covers the data requested from the winner before the prize is delivered and the comments of those who take part without registering.
WhatsApp notifications. By verifying their mobile over WhatsApp, participants agree to receive on that number the game notifications and updates (round published, results), and nothing else. They can stop them at any time by replying BAJA to that same number, without affecting their participation or the verification.
In accordance with the GDPR, participants may request access, rectification or deletion of their data by contacting us through the official form. Contact.
